Survivor voice features strongly in our training. This lifts the theory off the page into the reality of survivor experience.

Spiritual abuse is becoming recognised as a major safeguarding issue within faith organisations.
This course explores what spiritual abuse is, what impact it has, how we need to respond and how creating healthy faith cultures can help minimise the risk of Spiritual Abuse or other safeguarding issues occurring.
This course looks at what it means to create a healthier, safer faith cultures.
We will provide an opportunity to reflect on your organisational culture. We will spend time planning next steps for you to create a healthier and safer culture in your organisation.
This course explores the impacts that spiritual abuse and harm can have on people. We will explore what faith organisations can do to support these people well.
We will examine key principles and best practice for effective support. It will cover a variety of areas where support is needed such as welcoming survivors well, responding well to disclosure and supporting people through the safeguarding process.
We draw on trauma-informed and person-centred approaches, and look at how we can empower those we support.
5 hours including breaks.
This is beneficial if you have between 10 and 25 people to train at once.
Commissioning directly can be useful where training needs to be tailored to a specific context.
1.5 to 2 hours per module.
A series of shorter training sessions can give you more flexibility.
We can adjust the duration of each session and the intervals between sessions depending on your needs.

Soon we will be running our Spiritual Abuse and Healthy Cultures course online, for any faith organisation to join.
Organisations will be able to register smaller groups of staff members or volunteers onto our available dates.
